Community Newspapers publishes local newspapers throughout eastern Massachusetts. Each year they invite readers to vote for businesses that are providing best-in-class customer service. In 2009, 370,000 readers responded.

For the second year in a row, the Cohasset office of Sullivan, Garrity & Donnelly was voted the best insurance agency in the town. 2009 also brought a second award to the Cohasset office - Best Insurance Agency in the South Region. The South Region comprises the towns of Braintree, Weymouth, Hingham, Cohasset, Scituate, Norwell, Marshfield, Hanover, Rockland, and Abington.
