Shellie Dyke, CIC

Responsibilities:

Shellie is responsible for the internal operations of Marshall & Diggins. Her primary role is to make sure that everyone in the agency regularly exceeds customer expectations. To do that, she develops staff training programs, oversees technology development and installation,monitors all internal procedures, and makes sure the agency is compliant with all internal and external regulations.

Background:

Shellie started her insurance career as a Customer Service Representative with Marshall & Diggins in 1988. In 2000 and 2001, she participated in combining the Personal Lines Departments of Marshall & Diggins and Sullivan,Garrity & Donnelly, and supervised the department until 2008. In 2008, she took over at the Operations Manager for the Assuralliance group of agencies.

Degrees/honors/community involvement:

Shellie holds the CIC Designation.  She serves on the Board of Directors of the Applied Systems MA/RI User Group. She is active in youth programs in her hometown of Auburn.
